losing my breath.

This is my first blog that has a purpose other than writing about my daily life, which really isn't all that exciting anyway! I'm starting it for a number of reasons. I have tried many times in the past to lose weight and get in shape and I've often seen results, but I never stick with it long enough to get the outcome I'm looking for.

I'm certainly no writer and I probably know less than anyone reading this about losing weight, exercise and diets. That's my point. Hopefully with this blog I will be able to make progress through research and applying what I find to my life! I will then blog about my findings, how I went about doing it, difficulty, results, etc. I will also be posting my stats every post with a picture to note my progress. Kind of like a weight loss journal/blog.

I'm doing it blog format so I can look back at my results, so as not to get discouraged in the future. I would also be ecstatic if even just one person came across my blog and it inspired them to do the same. I want to prove to myself and anyone who is willing to read, that an average person can make changes in their life. Also, I'll be focusing a lot on doing these things at home with little/no equipment, as I don't have a lot of money to spare at the moment. Besides, I think that's the best way to do it! No excuses!

So enough boring introductory stuff! I'll be posting my first REAL post pretty soon, not that anyone is reading yet! I'll also be making changes to the site to make it a little more appealing to the eyes!
